ABOUT
This villa is situated in the most picturesque riverside area of Ecopark, an eco-city in Hưng Yên, Vietnam. The exterior of the building must adhere to the overall design language of adjacent house blocks and can not be significantly altered, but interior design can be customized flexibly to suit each homeowner's preferences.
The villa features a modern style with a neutral color palette, prioritizing a subtle elegance rather than bold statements however each area has its own distinct feature. For the rooms facing the river, we utilize design elements that are clean and uncluttered, allowing for an uninterrupted appreciation of the natural surroundings.
The living room features striking zoning and oversized furnishings. Each piece exudes a balance of soft and bold elements. In our residential architecture, we prioritize comfort while maintaining a contemporary timeless aesthetic.
Dry kitchen and wet kitchen are two common terms used in modern kitchen design. The kitchen that is located in the living-dining area is a dry kitchen, which do not create smoke, grease and is used for food preparation activities.
Light floods the room through expansive glass walls. The functions are clearly visually zoned with varying levels of detail. Off-white color background palette highlights wooden and stone elements.
There is almost no repetition in the design of each room, yet we can still perceive a sense of consistency through the use of color and materials. Although shapes creation are simple, the varied use of materials in terms of color, glossiness, and texture has eliminated unwanted monotony.
Lighting is an inseparable part of interior design. Although we are not lighting experts, we always strive to help people visualize the nighttime ambiance. Through research from various sources, we continuously improve this ability.
The dark moody bathrooms features Sahara Noir, Dark Emperador, and Dark Serpeggiante marbles.  They are dramatically lit with focused lighting to highlight the design intent.
Each bedroom present a distinct design approaches, yet they share a common elegance derived from the interplay of planes and lines. The value of windows in connecting with nature is significant, even when they occupy a small area.
All the bedrooms are located on the upper floors, and some rooms faces the river. Upon entering the room, we will find a very large bookshelf on the left side, reflecting the owner's habit of reading and working from home.
The desk is located at the head of the bed, offering a river view. Nowadays, people are increasingly focused on balancing concentrated work time with relaxation, especially giving their eyes a rest. Remote work has become a popular trend among knowledge workers in the technology era. To enhance focus, the entire desk surface is a dark, solid color with no patterns or textures.
