ABOUT
DEEBASE Beerclub is located in the Leisure Complex Zone in the center of Dalat city. It must incorporate the inner values that characterizes Quang Thai Corporation and resonates throughout the brand, the craft and the designs
CONCEPT
Located in one of the busiest and oldest areas of Da Lat city, Deebase cannot be too different from neighboring works.
The building also plays an important role in connecting pedestrian traffic from the high road to the lower road. Therefore, we have turned it into a true basement and the top looks like a park. Visitors can walk, sit and lie on the roof, each step with different angles provide panoramic view.

DESIGN
Steel columns hold boxes of trees while support roof floor. Glass windows are lined with vertical and diagonal louvers. The project was developed over two year in close collaboration with consultants. The design and build overlapped on a fast-track schedule. The local contractors lacked the experience to build complex elements. It had been concerned that producing a contemporary design for a highly discerning heritage site would raise a lot of discussion. The construction was implemented during the long rainy season.
Inside the beerclub is a youthful space with bold lines and colors.
Looking back on what we've been through and when it came to fruition, we're really emotional. Each project is a truly unforgettable memory.
