EAI//VN & Notion Architects designed the Can Tho Southern Silk Path to strike a balance between modern architecture, the waterfront, and Can Tho’s evolving urban pace. The design captures the poetic spirit of the Mekong—where the pristine waters and fertile silt meet modern lifestyle. Through a curated palette of local materials and fluid forms, the project stands as a contemporary tribute to the rich heritage of this river town.

The twin towers rising along the riverfront are envisioned as a new landmark for the area while embracing the unique landscape of the Mekong Delta. A contemporary architectural language is expressed through clean lines, dynamic forms, and a deliberate balance between contrasting building volumes. From different viewpoints, the project offers constantly changing perspectives while maintaining a cohesive overall identity.
The spatial organization is designed to strengthen the connection between people and the riverfront environment, as well as between communal activities and private experiences. Open spaces, expansive views, and the integration of architecture with nature create a vibrant living environment that remains closely connected to local character.
