This is an interesting little project, done by the youngest member of the team. This apartment demand simplicity because of its limited area.
This is not an excellent example of a good small plan because all dimensions are so modest. If allowed, we still want to knock down all the partition walls to make only one room, but the cost and construction time will be lengthened. So we need to find a simple but effective solution.
The most prominent feature is the presence of a black box block, this box is created by using the darkest finish for MDF. All materials used for this apartment are simple and easy to find. In this work, we want to create clear surface and blocks, each perspective has a strong enough component to attract visual impact.
Inside the black box is a bright bedroom that creates a strong contrast.
The other bedroom also promotes the spirit of minimalism with the dominance of white.
