Garden Villa is located in a new urban area of Da Nang City, designed in a modern yet refined style. The building architecture features graceful, flowing lines that blend aesthetics with a sense of tranquility, perfectly reflecting the owner’s sophisticated taste. The outer masses and surfaces have a clear, distinct structure.
The exterior design follows a minimalist yet refined style, featuring well-defined architectural blocks and graceful lines. The primary color palette consists of soft, neutral tones. The space is enveloped by balconies and sun-shading louvers, complemented by large glass panels that expand the view and welcome abundant natural light.
Inside, every detail is meticulously crafted to evoke the feeling of a luxurious resort getaway, where natural light, fresh breezes, and greenery harmoniously intertwine in every corner of the home. The dining and living area embraces a modern style. Soft neutral tones from the walls, curtains, and light wood furniture harmonize beautifully with the natural light streaming in through large glass doors, opening up a refreshing view of the lush garden outside.

Main foyer on the second floor is designed in a minimalist style, surrounded by light wood-paneled walls that evoke warmth. Soft recessed lighting accentuates the lines of the space, creating a sense of balance and tranquility. Highlight of the foyer is a small round table placed at the center, adorned with an artwork. Its presence not only draws the eye but also infuses the entire space with a sense of artistry and sophistication.
This room aims to be a space for true relaxation and rejuvenation. Large wooden panels are used to create visual and tactile focal points. The lines of the components are meticulously handled to avoid a feeling of boredom, and instead, to aim for sophistication.
The 3D geometric accent wall on the left is illuminated by a soft, golden-yellow glow, highlighting its textured wooden finish. Lighting color can be changed to create different moods.
The bathroom will evoke a clear, sculptural monolithic feeling. Stone is used almost entirely for all surfaces.
